Situated at the end of a private terrace of three imposing houses in a gated mews, Mount's Bay Mews luxury holiday home offers stylish living in a period property. From the open plan basement kitchen through to the fifth-floor attic bedroom, the property offers a fusion of character, charm and wow appeal.

Inside

  • Style: Characterful minimalism. Carefully chosen pieces of furniture sit atop aged wooden floorboards in this townhouse property.
  • Bedrooms: Two adjoining double bedrooms occupy the first floor, although don’t get excited by the copper bath in the sea-facing bedroom – it’s just for show! Climb the stairs to the second floor – perfect for families, as here you’ll find the twin-bedded children’s room and a double bedroom. The family bathroom, complete with clawfoot bath, also occupies this floor. Then for those of you who like a bird’s eye view, head for the light-filled attic room (complete with bath and WC) from which the views are enviable.
  • For relaxation: Chill out on the funky leather sofas in the kitchen-cum-diner - the perfect place to relax after a delicious dinner
  • For recreation: If you’ve spent the day at the beach, wash the sand right out of your hair in the basement wet room.
  • Practicalities: There is a washing machine in the property.

There is a small courtyard to the back of the property and an enclosed gated drive (parking for two cars) and small garden area to the front of the property.
